Raelyn serves in Kenya with the CMF team that works alongside Missions of Hope International (MOHI). She will help to create a sustainable healthcare system for more than 15,000 students and their communities.
Raelyn developed a heart for service from an early age. She holds bachelor’s degrees in both teaching and nursing, and previously worked as a registered nurse at the University of Colorado Hospital. She is also studying for her master’s in public health with a global health emphasis.
Three medical mission trips to Kenya showed Raelyn that she has the unique skills to help the MOHI children suffering from easily treatable and preventable diseases. She is working to plan a program that expands healthcare capabilities for these children, which will help them lead healthier and happier lives.
