Becca serves children with disabilities and their families in the Chiang Mai, Thailand, area. She works with Hope Home, a foster home in Chiang Mai for children with disabilities, providing daily care, love and guidance in a family setting. She integrates Community Health Evangelism (CHE) principles and biblical storytelling into the children’s educations, as well as into staff trainings and community outreach.
Becca grew up in Zionsville, Ind., and is a psychology graduate of Ball State University. She also received a certificate in Disability Ministry from Johnson University. She is a certified International Trainer for the Understanding and Responding to Children in Crisis program through NCART.
Becca loves everything about God’s creation and coffee, especially sharing it (nature, not coffee) with her kids at Hope Home. She is also foster mom to Phil, who has CP (cerebral palsy). The two of them enjoy Veggie Tales, swing sets, trampolines, and soccer.
