BJ & Mary Leonard

BJ and Mary will be serving on CMF's Kenya Church Catalyst team. They will support disciple-making movements and church planting movements through training, discipling, coaching, and encouragement to make new disciples, plant new churches, and take the message of Christ to new places. Their dream is to see a gathering of Christ-followers in every city and village in Kenya. The Leonard's will also be working with pastors and churches throughout the Community Christian Church (CCC) network.

BJ and Mary bring 20 years of ministry experience serving in both the North American urban context and pastoral ministry within local churches. Mary was born and raised in Zambia as a missionary. As a missions pastor, BJ has led 14 mission trips to Kenya and developed a thriving outreach in an urban neighborhood. The Leonard's have a heart for unreached people.

BJ and Mary have four children: Hannah (2011), twins Lydia and Mia (2013), and Dominic (2016). The Leonard family look forward to living and serving in Kenya.
