Tyler King

Tyler is preparing to join the Ethiopia Church Catalyst team. He grew up at Rift Valley Academy in Kijabe, Kenya where God put a passion in his heart for cross-cultural ministry. Since then, Tyler completed a degree from Bushnell University in Christian Ministry as Missions with a minor in Business. Recently Tyler has been working at First Place Family Center, a homeless shelter for families.

Tyler’s experiences have made him passionate about serving underprivileged communities and empowering church leaders. In Ethiopia, Tyler plans to partner with the local Kristos Andinet Church in Asosa in various ministries such as a prison ministry, church leader training, and university campus ministry as well as serve in the Koshe region with urban poor ministry at a community center.
