Strengthening Our Teams

Missionary life can be isolating and demanding. That’s why CMF is committed to creating spaces where our missionaries can step away from daily challenges, reconnect with their peers, and renew their sense of calling. In July 2026, every CMF ministry type will host a global gathering—a rare opportunity for missionaries to rest, learn, and encourage one another in community.

These gatherings will take place in strategic locations: Greece for church planting and community development teams, South Asia for those serving in hard-to-access contexts, and the U.S. for Globalscope campus ministers. Across each setting, the purpose is the same: spiritual renewal, shared learning, practical training, and deep encouragement.

For many missionaries and their families, these retreats are a lifeline. They provide time for prayer, mentoring, and fellowship—helping missionaries stay spiritually grounded and missionally fruitful. They also offer vital support for children, creating space for friendships and fun.

Your gift helps remove financial barriers so every missionary can attend. Most gatherings cost about $150 per day per missionary, covering lodging, meals, and programming. By strengthening our teams, you strengthen the ministries they lead and the lives they impact worldwide.
