Luke Dove serves as a CMF missionary with the CadaNiño Ministry in Guatemala City.
Luke grew up in Kentucky and is a graduate of Milligan College. A high school mission trip to Guatemala when he was 15 transformed his life, when God put a passion and calling in his heart to serve the poor and vulnerable in that country.
The CadaNiño ministry serves at-risk children in the city’s slums — areas that are continually plagued by violence, gangs, extortion and murders. Luke joined the team in 2021 and serves as the youth pastor, working with the team to create long-term change in the lives of children and their families through community centers and programs that focus on educational reinforcement, family strengthening and spiritual formation. Luke met his wife Marian, a Guatemalan, at their church in Guatemala and they were married in 2024.
