Will you help raise $750,000 to send 75 Kenyan missionaries over the next 15 years?
For nearly 50 years, the Kenya Church Catalyst Team (KCAT) has helped shape the missions movement in Kenya—supporting the planting of nearly 1,000 churches, launching a strong national church of more than 450 congregations, and catalyzing over 26,000 disciple-making groups.
As Kenyan leaders took ownership of church planting, KCAT shifted its focus to equipping the next generation. We launched four Bible training institutes, ordained hundreds of pastors and church planters, and established Harvest Missionaries College to prepare believers for missions. Alongside spiritual formation, KCAT has pursued holistic ministry through clinics, schools, clean water initiatives, community health education, and disciple-owned businesses—always aiming to empower local leadership and ensure long-term sustainability.
Now KCAT is stepping into a new chapter. While Kenya is still often viewed as a mission field, God is raising up Kenyan missionaries ready to serve globally. Building on decades of ministry, KCAT has developed the Missionary Pathway to identify, mentor, equip, and mobilize future international missionaries. We are already walking with 13 Kenyans preparing for cross-cultural service.
One challenge remains: the Kenyan Church is well-equipped to receive support, but not yet structured to send missionaries. That’s why we are launching the KCAT Global Sending Fund—to build the vision, capacity, and systems needed to send missionaries “from everywhere, to everywhere.”
Over the next 15 years, KCAT aims to mobilize 75 Kenyan missionaries and expand our global, non-American mission force. To take the next step, we are seeking to raise $750,000 over the next five years. Will you join us?
