Kayla Dean

Kayla is serving with the Church Catalyst team in Mexico City.

Kayla is a graduate of Point University with a major in Biblical Studies and a minor in Intercultural Missions. She has done mission work in Ecuador, Peru, and most recently, Birmingham, England, where she took part in EQUIP, a nine-month experience for learning about missions and exploring her calling. Currently, she is in language school in Taxco, Mexico, preparing to relocate in the greater Mexico City metro area in October.

Kayla leads the semester Exchange program for young adults looking to spend a semester abroad to gain insight about living cross-culturally and seek God’s calling in their life. She oversees the Exchange program as well as mentors and coaches the young people. As part of the Exchange program Kayla teaches English classes and leads Discovery Bible Studies.
