Palo serves as an intern at El Oasis Santiago. She first came to El Oasis during her third year of college, in August of 2019, because a friend invited her. She quickly developed an important connection to the community and starting her journey toward reconnecting with God.

Among the many important decisions that she made as a student at El Oasis, Palo decided to get baptized and search for a church to be a part of.

In this ministry, she has met people to share in the difficult college experience, learned more of the love of God through others, and experienced the feeling of being in a safe space. For these reasons she accepted the call to serve in the ministry that God has put in her heart, seeking to deliver the message of Jesus to the students who participate in the community and bring them close to the marvelous, unconditional love that God has for all of us.
