The gift will still show up in your account records, but the missionary won't know who gave it.

For many students, interning at El Pozo is the next step they would like to take after graduating. In order to give them the best experience, we give them a partial salary and ask them to fundraise a percentage as well. Fundraising to work in ministry is a bit of a foreign concept in many countries outside of the United States, and so having funds for them to get started as they learn fundraising is a much more sustainable future in ministry for them. Our program is designed so that, as an intern, they are continually having new fundraising goals to meet to provide a bridge if they choose to be on staff after their intern year.
