El Pozo Campus House

The church has never been about a building—it’s about the people. In the same way, El Pozo isn’t defined by its walls, but by the community that fills it. Over 20 years ago, a small group of faithful believers came to Puebla, Mexico, with a dream to create a college ministry where students could come together, build relationships, and encounter Jesus. This spring, we’re celebrating 20 years of life-changing ministry. There's been 20 years of free meals, coffee in the streets, worship nights, small groups, Bible studies, cookouts, and more. Most importantly, we’re celebrating two decades of giving students a safe space to explore their faith and discover a God who loves them.

After 18 amazing years in our beloved ministry house, the time came for a big change. In August 2023, we moved to a new location, and while the move was challenging, it’s proven to be a blessing. Our new house is directly across the street from Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP), making it even easier to connect with the students we serve. But as always, it’s not about the building; it’s about the vibrant community of students who gather there every week to grow, worship, and belong.

Now, we’ve been given an extraordinary opportunity to purchase this house. This is a chance to put down permanent roots in Puebla and secure the future of El Pozo. Owning this home would allow us to dream bigger and plan for the next 20 years of ministry and beyond. With a place to truly call our own, we can continue offering a space where everyone who walks through our doors can find purpose, friendship, and the life-changing love of Jesus.
