Community Transformation

Community transformation through church planting has always been at the heart of CMF’s mission.

CMF team members use a variety of ministries and methods to plant churches around the world, adapting to the cultures where they serve. The goal is to establish strong churches, equipping and mobilizing local leaders who understand the culture and the needs of the community. These churches then train leaders, reproduce and become a starting point for lasting transformation in the community.

Much of this leadership training occurs naturally as CMF team members and established local leaders form relationships and mentor new leaders one-on-one. CMF has also started more formal leadership training centers in multiple countries where church leaders, pastors and evangelists can attend classes on theology and Biblical studies, as well as learn the practical aspects of ministry in their communities.
