Born in the Philippines and raised in the U.S. from the age of 8, Lance graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. While earning his degree, he worked for six years at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, focusing on advanced chemical sensing and wastewater treatment—serving Georgia’s poultry farmers.
At Georgia Tech, he encountered Christian Campus Fellowship (CCF), a community of believers living out their faith in the midst of STEM careers. A pivotal mission trip to Juárez, Mexico—where he helped build a home that became a house church—shaped his understanding of service, calling, and empowerment.
That experience led to a deeper calling to serve through Marketplace Ministries with CMF, an initiative that equips local entrepreneurs to create sustainable, Christ-centered businesses that lift communities out of poverty. As someone who has experienced empowerment through education and faith, Lance is passionate about helping others break cycles of poverty and live into their God-given purpose.
