The Northwest Kenya Education Development Project provides vital support to the local population in one of the poorest parts of the country. Many residents live below the poverty line, with most being illiterate and lacking access to education entirely. This region, characterized by deserts and semi-deserts, has minimal agriculture, limited to a few small areas near two seasonal rivers. As a result, malnutrition—especially among children—and diseases associated with poor nutrition are widespread challenges.

Through this project, we aim to address five key areas of need:

• Spiritual Development - We share the Gospel daily, instilling God’s truth in children, teaching about His love and sacrifice, and promoting moral and family values.

• Education - We bring quality education to settlements where children and their parents have never had access to it. Our work is result-driven, with dedicated, well-trained teachers who love what they do. We emphasize continuous professional development for staff, ensuring these schools become the best educational institutions in the region.

• Employment - We focus on fostering the region's microeconomy by creating jobs and providing fair wages. This helps workers support their families and ensure their children’s well-being.

• Nutrition - We provide nutritious, balanced meals twice daily for children and staff, helping to combat malnutrition and promote healthy growth.

• Clean Water - At each school, we aim to establish a reliable source of clean, safe water—not only for the students but also for the surrounding communities, where access to quality water is severely limited.

We invite you to join us in this incredible mission. By getting involved, you can help bring positive change to someone’s life and make a lasting impact in Northwest Kenya.
