Since first moving from East Tennessee to Birmingham, England in 2016, Laura has interned with, been a student at, and then volunteered for our campus ministry called Canvas! In Spring 2026 she joined the Canvas team as staff, helping to sustain this Christ-centric community where students can find belonging, explore what it means to have faith in Jesus, and bring more love to the surrounding neighborhoods.
Laura is perpetually so excited to wake up in Birmingham, a city she adores, with the opportunity to dedicate herself to walking alongside university students, sharing the love of Jesus with them in the highs and lows of their everyday lives.
